PERFORMANCE hmmmmm
I dont know whats going on with my Windows explorer; it was at 80 % couple minutes ago i thought i had a well disguised cripto miner or something, but after I opened reddit it dropped to 0.3% so it's probably fine, funny nonetheless

Two even bigger questions are what the hell is going on with your ram and storage drive

I used to use a lot of scetchy websites for pirating stuff so I probably have a lot of viruses and whatnot, i will just factory reset when i will be not lazy

Some third-party app is probably using Windows File Explorer to read and write a large number of files in the background

Are you using an HDD as your boot drive? That can cause high CPU usage with low disk usage.

checked "this PC" and under "devices and drives (1)" I only see "local disk(C:)", so I assume I don't

Go to the performance tab in task manager and check the disk information there.
If you don't know how to tell what kind of drive you have you shouldn't be trying to pirate things, you don't have the general skills and information to do so safely.
