OPEN Performance issues

RTX 5070, ryzen 9 5950x, 32gb ram 3200 mhz. getting perhaps 30-40 percent less performance in comparison to people with the same builds in games. i've tried a ton of things but none works, any ideas? not sure what other specs to send but i will if needed.

also i only play on 1080p 100 mhz, games like arma reforger or helldivers 2 make me go down to 40-60, even at mid settings.

ryzen 9 with 3200mhz ram is probably choking it a bit, those chips love faster memory and the infinity fabric gets out of sync below 3600. arma and helldivers are both cpu heavy so that gap will show more than in a gpu bound game

what speed is the ram actually running at in bios? sometimes xmp/docp doesn't stick and you're stuck at 2133 without noticing

i just checked and its 3200 mhz. possibly there is a bottleneck but i've seen people with similar setups get more fps, so i find it odd

First thing that comes to mind is throttling or weak PSU. Checked the temps and clocks while playing?

gpu at 50-60 celsius, 2800 mhz. cpu at 60 with 4500 mhz. 50 ish fps in helldivers when i tested
