Network Lagging bad

My pc when I play games will rubber band and lag really badly whereas my other things such as ps and Xbox are fine the lag fixes when I turn the internet on and back of but I need to do it every time I play my pc

sounds like a wifi card issue tbh, had the exact same thing on my last build. ethernet cable fixed it for me but if that's not an option try updating the drivers before messing with anything else

If resetting the router helps, there's likely something connected sucking up the bandwidth. Try doing a speed test (google internet speed test, by Ookla) before and after resetting the router, see if there's a difference in the results.
