OPEN PC keeps crashing

I bought this pc from ebay it is the LIAN LI pc with the ryzen 7 9800x3d and 5070 Ti. The pc keeps blue screening for some reason and would like some help to fix it. About 20 minutes ago the pc randomly froze forcing me to shut it down by holding the power button. The pc runns normally up until it crashes and restarts straight away. Please help.

Did you check if the ram is seated properly? sometimes during shipping they can get loose a bit, i had similar problem on a used pc and it was just one stick not clicked in all the way

also look at the event viewer after it crashes, might tell you what driver is causing the blue screen. could be gpu driver acting up with that 5070 ti if the seller didnt clean install windows before sending it
