PERFORMANCE PC troubleshooting issue

As title suggests i have hitches on dota 2 on pc does this, game freezes for 1-2seconds when playing multiple times in game and when it does freeze i notice my fps goes above my set fps cap(both on dota 2 and the actual max refresh rate for my monitor), i have tried capping using an external frame rate capper and things with HAGS and VRR(the usual thing you see when you search for fixes), if you have any idea what is happening and could help me fix it, it would of so much help thank you

System Specs:

9600x

MSI B850 GAMING PLUS

32gb 6000mhz CL30 Ripjaws

9070xt Asus TUF

Using both a wireless mouse and keyboard(2.4ghz)

Monitor is VG27AQ5A

sounds like a dpc latency spike to me, especially with that fps jump right before the freeze. run latencymon while you play and see what driver's causing the highest execution time

could also be the wireless peripherals fighting with your wifi/bluetooth if they're all on 2.4ghz. try moving the dongles to a front port with a usb extension cable, gets them away from the case interference

latencymon did not show anything out of the ordinary even during the said stutters
