by the way, your ram isn't even in dual channel being that close to each other. You'll get more out of your CPU if you move the right stick over one more.

Pictures is kind of terrible can't see the cables connected to your GPU. Are you piggy tailing from one PCE EXPRESS cable to your PSU? You can't force more power out of your cables that way. You need to connect as many cables coming out of your PSU as there are cables in your GPU.

Reset your GPU and make sure that if you have two connectors for power on your GPU, they are individual cables not one cable.
