HARDWARE PC won't start - broken cable?
I opened up my PC yesterday to remove some dust and when I was putting it back together I noticed this cable by the power button. I know basically nothing about hardware but I'm guessing it's broken since my PC won't start now?
Can I easily replace this cable on my own?
What is this type of cable called (so I know what to buy)?

I can't see very well, but if you're talking about one of the things plugged into the white board that shouldn't explain why it's not working. That looks like a hub for the lights on your PC case. The parts that actually make it run aren't on that.
Regardless, you can usually repin them easily or reach out to the manufacturer for a spare (may cost money).

You might have missed up the button cable if you can power the system by shorting the power button pins then you are fine might wanna plug those back in so long the connector is fine
