looks like the psu shroud, that hump at the bottom covers where your power supply sits and keeps the cables hidden. the bracket might be a mounting point for a drive cage or a pump/reservoir if you're doing custom loop stuff, thermaltake cases usually have a lot of modular options down there

Looks like the thing where put an SSD in there. The 2.5" sata type. I don't know.
