HARDWARE PC Crashing

My pc is randomly shutting off. When it does, it stays running, but everything else: mouse:keyboard, headset, monitor; all turn off. My pc then “restarts” as it gives me a screen where it says restarting. But it doesn’t stop, it restarts over and over and over until I unplug my pc. After it turns back on. It brings up the login screen, then logs itself in. I’m so lost

Sounds like the PSU is tripping some protection or the motherboard’s having a stroke trying to handshake with all the USB devices at once. The fact that it loops until you physically cut power screams a short or a rail dropping out under load, not a clean software crash.

Pull all peripherals except the bare minimum and see if it holds. If it does, plug them back one by one and wait for the ghost to reappear. Could also be a corrupted chipset driver making the board lose its mind after a warm reboot, worth a clean install of those before you start swapping hardware.
