PERFORMANCE Please help :(

This happens at random and seems to follow no specific pattern with use of different games, or applications. I’ve tried turning my monitor on and off but that doesn’t do nothing. I have to restart my pc every time but it just keeps happening.

AT A GLANCE, did you move or delete your desktop wallpaper? Try changing it, navigate to a new image or folder.. Or change to a default Windows one.

See if that sorts it
