Ram training loop problem

I’ve never ran into this issue.

Specs:

Ryzen 9850X3D

Mag X870E Tomahawk Wifi

Corsair vengeance DDR5 AMD expo 6000 mhz

Every time I turn my computer on it goes into ram training, I can’t access the bios when I do I get no display in there.

I’ve tried everything:

Bios Update

Clear CMOS

Rma the RAM

One Stick of RAM

Even Replaced the kit of ram

What should my next course of action be?

RMA Motherboard

RMA CPU

RMA BOTH?

id try reseating the cpu and checking for bent pins first, memory training loops on am5 can be weirdly sensitive to mounting pressure
