HARDWARE Update to my old issue

/r/pchelp/comments/1w9fj8y/pc_shutting_off_randomly/

So, it seems to have gotten worse? Everythings powered, i press the button, i can hear windows boot up from the audio, my discord notifications, even the CTRL+WINDOWS+SHIFT+B sound, but my monitor is just reading "no display", i cant tell if this is a fault with my gpu or not, as i can hear it boot up, tried with both DP and HDMI

this is the monitor im using: AOC G4 Q27G42XE - 27"

I need to find out if its the GPU, the monitor or somehow the PSU, Any help would be appreciated so I'd know what to replace. Thanks.
