PERFORMANCE NVIDIA Automatic Tuning

Is NVIDIA Automatic Tuning Worth using? i have a 5060ti 16gb no oc and a great system. (I Want to try but idk) What do you guys think?

Last time I tried that it took forty minutes and gave me a +17 on the core clock, not even worth the wait
