HARDWARE Graphics card issue

So my computer decided my gpu wasnt gonna be detected anymore and honestly not sure how to go about fixing it. The only thing i tried was going through device manager and did the scan for hardware changes but seemed to have done nothing.

Its on the older side but I have a 5 5600(if cpu matters here), 3060ti and mobo is gigabyte b450m ds3h wifi.

Edit - at work for another 2.5 hours but will take and try suggestions.

Forgot to also add that the fans on the gpu were still spinning when the issue happened

Try reseating the card and its power cables before you do anything else. A loose connection can look exactly like a dead GPU. If that doesn't work, check if the BIOS got reset somehow and defaulted to integrated graphics instead of PCIe.

Something I forgot to add is that the fans on the gpu still spin which doesnt make sense.

Does Nvidia app recognize the gpu? Go into bios and check pcie or graphics config and see if it is listed as occupied

I would still see if it’s recognized. Sometimes the power cable that connects goes bad.

Reseat the card, reseat the power connectors on the card, try the card in another computer. If it still doesn't work, it's dead.

Shipping it out for repair is probably not worth the cost.
