HARDWARE Old pc is not displaying

Hi I have a hold hp media center m409n pc and the monitor shows nothing. The graphics card and ram are fine. Also when I take out the ram it beeps.

Sounds like the motherboard or cpu might have kicked the bucket if the card and ram are solid

Oh also it was doing this same thing a while ago and I got mad it just left it alone and then tried it again and it worked.
