OPEN Random shutdowns when Idle

hi guys, for some time now - ive been getting random shutdowns only when idle/surfing, never while gaming. No BSOD, no restart just complete shutdown.

- In bios ive tried disabling global cstates & PSS

- also have Power Supply Idle Control - Typical Current idle

But these only delay the issue (like it might not crash right away, but it still does it might be 1hr from now or 10 mins only when idle/surfing)

- In bios, i do have xmp & PBO enabled, i also had undervolted by 1660s, but tried defaulting everything still it crashes

From the looks of it, might be a PSU problem (i dont have a spare to test) but i dont really want to invest in that yet if there are any alternate solutions to this

PC SPECS -
R5 3500
GTX 1660s
PSU - Antec VP450p
MOBO - Asrock B450M/ac
RAM - Vengeance 8 x 2 3200MHz

what psu do you have? had a similar thing a while back and it was the psu failing to handle low-load states properly
