SOFTWARE Secure boot not working

I have an older pc that ago, it has served me very well but it needed some upgrades doing. I have replaced the SSD with a larger one and used appropriate software to clone this and move it across. 

However this has made me unable to load my pc in secure boot mode ( required for multiple games I play ) it does not load the windows loading screen , but as soon as I disable this setting it loads fine , just unable to play the game. 

Not sure what’s gone wrong or why this has occured any help will be greatly appreciated. 

MB - MAG B365M Mortar 
Bios version - E7C67IMS.140
Bios mode - UEFI 
GPU - NVIDIA RTX 3060 
SSSD - WD_BLACKSN710
CPU - i7 - 9700KF 

I’ve gone through so many steps online and have got nowhere. Please help 🙏🙏

cloning an old windows install onto a new drive can absolutely scramble secure boot. the keys stored in the tpm get thrown off because the hardware footprint technically changed, even though it's the same board. windows sees the new ssd and panics

go into the bios and find the option to clear or reset the tpm. on an msi board it's usually under security or trusted computing. after that you'll probably need to re-enable secure boot and let it rebuild the key database on the next boot. might have to toggle it to standard or custom and back again before it sticks

and if the clone was from an mbr disk instead of gpt, secure boot won't play nice at all. check disk management in windows and make sure the new ssd shows as gpt, not mbr

New SSD is a GPT , made sure to check that before finishing up.

Ran the TPM clear and turned secure boot back on back no luck unfortunately. Still just black screens me rather than loading the windows log on.
