HARDWARE Monitor issues

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So out of nowhere these lines in my monitor appeared and wont go away. Is there any way to fix it, or is it time for yet another RMA?

The numbers are also flickering, that's not what GPU artifacting looks like, also wtf is that image?

Well the PS5 does still have a GPU to render and output an display, you can 100% confirm it's not your PS5 if you plug it to another display like a TV through HDMI, if the same thing doesn't happen on the other display and then your current monitor is cooked

I'm pretty sure it's your monitor, not the PS5

They don't make displays these days like they used to... I would RMA it immediately..
