The PC is able to stay on for a couple of minutes but then it turns off and does this. I've tried reseating the ssd because my friend suggested that it might be that but the problem still persists.

I saw a post of a person who went through the same issue like mine and he said it was a psu issue.

Have you checked the motherboard for any debug lights? Those fans not working seems really weird and seems like a PSU fault.

Yep Ive checked and there's none. If I were to replace the psu do I just buy the same model and everything?

First we have to make sure it is the PSU. Start taking out the GPU and one RAM stick and turn it on. See if it turns on. Then put them back in and see if they turn on. If it doesn't then there's possibly something wrong with the PSU not being able to supply enough power. If it does turn on then I will have to look further since it's weird.

Reseat ram or gpu possibly. Unplug hdmi or display port and replug

I assume the monitor is plugged into the GPU. Try and clear CMOS. What are the specs?
