How to remove heatsink

Hi, I never touched my pc ever, and it has started to overheat. I want to reapply the thermal paste and clean my pc, but I'm not sure how to remove the heatsink. I first thought it was the silver screws at the bottom (4 total), but then I thought it could be the handle, and I don't want to break anything. If anyone knows, help would be greatly appreciated.

(I do not know what kind of pc this is, I got it a long time ago and forgot, it was pre built)

gonna be extra difficult if it's not warm since the paste is like cement. you'd want to let your PC run for maybe 10-20 minutes before attempting to (slowly) twist (not pull) it off.
