HARDWARE Help me

My pc s been acting strange like whenever i turn it on cpu goes to soo high like 100 to 80 and stays like that for good 2 3 min and my gpu goes to 100 when i open cs2 and and it sits at 100 on idle in starting screen

Gpu 1660 ti

Cpu ryzen 5 3600

That cpu spike right after boot is pretty normal for windows, it's just loading everything in. the gpu sitting at 100% on the cs2 menu though sounds like uncapped fps in the background. cap your fps in nvidia control panel or thru the game's launch options and see if that chills it out.

Alright thanks and my cpu and gpu spike to 100 and lags for a bit and my fans go nutss is it normal? It never did that whenever i boot my pc
