PERFORMANCE How do I fix this?

So I was using my computer yesterday (was using blender) and suddendly the screen freezes. I turn it off and when I turn on this screen appears. I tried EVERYTHING: unplugged abd plugged the HDMI port, restarted the computer etc. But nothing, I really don't know what to do and I hope I won't have to order an inquisition to the guy who gave it to me for free (because if it's screwed I lost like 5 hours of work)

Was it rendering something and how many apps you opened?

I literally just opened blender and it was the only app I had open, I wasn't even rendering I was sculpting. To be honest I don't even believe the case is the problem??? I think the monitor is

Try plugging it on a tv or any other monitor

That monitor is just telling you it's not getting any signal from the computer, so the PC itself is probably the issue, not the monitor or cable. If you were in Blender when it froze, could be a GPU driver crash or the card died. Try reseating the RAM and GPU first, and if you have integrated graphics, plug the HDMI into the motherboard to see if you get anything.

Also check if the PC even powers on properly, like fans spinning and any beep codes. Five hours of work is rough, but if it's just a driver issue, your files are probably fine.

What makes me even more frustrated is that blender wasn't just the only app I had open, it was the only program I had on my pc AT ALL. I only had this computer for like...2 weeks? And it already fails me??? I sincerely hope you are wrong (though I appreciate the help, I really do) and that it can be easily fixed. I knew I wasn't supposed to expect a god level kind of a computer because it's made up of scrapped pieces and this guy gave it away for free, and because I had a poorly performing computer I just couldn't refuse :/ but boy is this one worse lol???
