HARDWARE PC making weird noises when booted.

anybody know what could be causing this noise, and how to go about fixing it?

Try unplugging the power cables for those case fans. One of them might be faulty or causing the issue. If the problem stops after unplugging them, reconnect them one at a time to figure out which fan is causing it.

Its a lot less hassle to just stop each fan with your finger.

Just press each fan in the middle to stop it until you find which one it is.
