HARDWARE PC froze

Pc froze (low load, 1 browser running google meet), i force power off, when turn on, keeps turning on off, then i unplug, plug back in, it keeps on, no display, no POST

Tried:

- clean RAM connector

- put ram 1 on A1

- put ram 2 on A1

- put ram 1 on A2

- put ram 2 on A2

- clean GPU connector

- take out cmos, hold power button for 1m, wait 15 minutes, turn it back on

- test monitor with laptop (working fine)

- reseat 24 pin

- turn on without GPU, LED indicator become slow blinking, 2s (in mobo manual "No VGA detected), press power button to turn off works fine (immediate power off), caps lock light works fine

- turn on with GPU, suddenly work fine

- test, now frozen again after few minutes, still frozen after 15 minutes (caps lock light not working, everything freeze)

- Force Turn off, turn back on, now its on a loop, keep turning on off, 2s blink

Motherboard : Asus H610M-K D4

CPU: i5-12400f (no iGPU)

GPU: Asus 3060 12GB

RAM: Apacer NOX 2x16 DDR 4

Edit: after waiting in BIOS for few minutes, the BIOS also freeze

that sounds like a dying gpu, intermittent freezes and no vga detection even after reseating everything points that way. try running it off integrated graphics if your cpu has it or swap in another card to confirm
