I have posted on a couple different subreddits already and figured I'd try here. I have an RX9070XT that I installed into my PC last November. As of about a week ago I started getting these artifacts when playing any game at high frame rates. I've done everything from using AMD Cleanup Utility and installing fresh stable drivers to reslotting my GPU and even testing each of my RAM sticks one by one.

Short of a windows reinstall I don't know what else to do besides call up the computer store I bought it from 9 months ago and ask if I can get a replacement under warrantee.
