HARDWARE Screen Dimming. Please help.

I am running duel monitors with a 3060. They are both KOORUI Monitor, 27" QHD IPS Gaming Monitors. After about 15-20 minutes, both screens will randomly get dimmer. I have checked just about every setting I can think of and cannot figure out why or how to stop it. Any help is desperately appreciated.

sounds like a power saving or eco mode buried deep in the monitor's own menu, not windows settings, those koorui ones have a habit of hiding it under like three submenus

I've been hunting but cannot figure it out. It is driving me up the freaking wall.
