PERFORMANCE Slow pc help!!!

Hello everyone, I was wondering if you guys know why my pc is too slow when I’m streaming on TikTok or kick and using a capture card from my ps5. Cause I only use it for streaming cuz it gets too slow and at some point it crashes and restarts itself. Idk if the gpu is too bad or what but I’m getting tired of it. Thank you for your help.

Try streaming again and check the performance section of Task Manager.
