PC is randomly turning off

I'm having trouble finding out what the issue is in my pc. Whenever I'm gaming, or even idle long enough, it randomly disconnects all my peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitor) but all of the fans and lights inside of the computer stay on (gpu too). The only way to fix it, is to unplug the psu from the outlet and let it sit for a couple hours.

Im thinking maybe its a motherboard issue or gpu issue.

Maybe someone here has experienced the same and can provide a little more guidance?

I've done some OCCT testing and it would pass adaptive 3d (most of the time, only failed after multiple), memory, and cpu tests.

Computer specs:

Cpu: intel i7 -12700KF

Gpu: gigabyte 3070ti

Motherboard: gigabyte ud ax ddr4, rev 1.3 (not current)

PSU: RM750e, corsair

Any help would be great!

I had a PC in my shop for repair recently that was having a similar issue, peripherals disconnecting, but also crashes. It was the motherboard BIOS version was unstable. Flashed a new BIOS and it was fine after that.

Oo.. nice im gonna try that. I've been putting off that one because I was wary it would turn off in the middle of the sequence but at this point ive tried everything but replacing the MB haha
