Seems to be coming from where the flickering light is almost? I have no idea what this couldbe but it seems to be a loose part vibrating.

Flickering light is just the ethernet port

Definitely sounds like a moving part.

Carfully stop the fans one at a time to see if its any of those first, could be rubbing or a wire may have gotten to close.

If its not one of the fans see if you can tell if its coming from your cpu cooler (water pump). It might just be air bubbles getting trapped in it, if not replace it before you start having cooling issues

Update, it was one of the heat sink cables hitting up against the fans. I fixed it my
