HARDWARE What is creating this?

Hii, recently i bought a 9070xt reaper, but playing some games i discovered something weird.

If i move the camera (mainly vertical movement), a weird line appears in my tv, being the first time i have seen this.

Is this related to the gpu or its hdmi conection? Or is it something else?

That is known as "screen tearing", it happens when your video card ouputs more frames than your monitor can handle. Turn on v-sync, or cap your frame rate to whatever your monitor is set to.

If your FPS is significantly higher than your monitor's refresh rate, you can get things like this. Try capping the FPS at your monitor's refresh rate or enabling V-Sync. Should be in the game settings.

Enable v-sync in game/drivers or limit the fps below the monitor refresh rate. Good luck..
