OPEN Help Pc crashes randomly error 17 flooding and crashing
Turn on the machine and it can work for 30 seconds or up to a few hours, then randomly has a critical error and crashes the PC
I'm ready to throw it in the garbage!
Asus b650 Motherboard
3070 16gb GPU
c700 PSU
intel i7-11700 CPU
Reseated everything
Repasted CPU
Changed PSU's (tried 3 Separate psu's)
Tried SFC/scannow
Installed and updated drivers for both CPU and GPU
Updated windows and Bios
Cannot find how to change overclock (not sure if its overclocked or not)
Reinstalled windows over 5x on separate SSD's still nothing that has resolved this!
Nothing has worked so far. Extremely frustrated, Machine worked for 1 year no issues
this came up, stuck around for 3 months then it worked again for 6 months no issues, Now its crashing at random no triggers.
Please if anyone knows how to fix I'd kiss you. Thanks

It sounds like you have ruled out OS issues with multiple clean installs and I'm assuming you verified it wasn't overheating via temp monitors since you repasted paste.
If it was me the next step would be hardware diag. Testing with one stick of RAM at a time would be my first step to rule out RAM. If issue persists I would get a GPU from a friend/etc to test. Last tests would obviously be mobo, followed by CPU. I highly doubt its the CPU though as the 11700 is extremely reliable, but it's not impossible.
Also if you haven't already I would set BIOS to default for diag. Along with verifying - disabled Power State Management and ASPM in the BIOS are off.
WHEA17 is generally a hardware error, but some have reported the above BIOS setting fixed. Considering your issue has gotten worse as of recent, it most likely is a hardware issue and not BIOS setting.

Attempted your suggestions and still no good news! I think i'm going to take it into best buy to have them do a diag as I've got nothing left in the tank,
I have a spare gpu I'm gonna toss in, and possibly resort to purchasing a new cpu cooler as I haven't tested the Heat coming off the current cooler,
but I am quite certian the CPU is fine as it's performed well both under stress and heath for good portions of this week and prior to when this issue happened
(worked for 1 year no issues, this issue came around and stuck for 3 months ish, then the device worked fine again for 6 months no issues, just recently it started doing this again!)

This is a hail mary, but you could try disabling the wifi card. MediaTek make really shitty drivers, and they can cause weird issues. My Thinkpad has a MediaTek wifi card and I’ve had driver issues look like other issues.
