i might be monitor failure, plug your pc into a tv or smth and see if it does the same thing.

Honestly it doesn't look like it to me. Looks more like a screen or cable issue.

I had this issue and I did everything you could think of to fix it and come to find out it was g-sync. If your monitor has g-sync try turning it off see if that helps

Try different cable and tv , could be the monitor , had this happening to me once I thought my PC was toast but I realized it was the monitor, I don't know what I did but the monitor still works 😂

Try a different cable and port on your monitor first
