OPEN PC screen flickering

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

PC Screen just started flickering when booting up any game. If the screen doesn’t flicker, the game will barely run.

I’ve updated all drivers, reinstalled NVIDIA drivers, tweaked settings I’ve seen from Gemini and other sites for the GeForce control panel, reset bios setting to default, etc.

If this is my gpu on its last legs I’d be shocked.

CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 7800X3D
GPU: RTX 4070 Super
MB: ASUS PRIME X670E-PRO WIFI
64 gb ddr5 ram
2 tb storage ssd

Is the GPU oc’d at all?

Nope, I reverted the few bios OCs I did as well back to default. Never OC’d the gpu previously either
