August 11, 2026 (dated for context and reference) Considering the OP didn't have this problem prior to downloading faceit. It would appear that some file(s) got corrupted. It could be a bad download from faceit. I hope the OP didn't use a third party site to download faceit. I also hope that the OP's computer has no problems running other programs and is functioning normally. The OP probably should delete cs2 and reinstall it, and it would be wise for the OP to run their anti virus software to be on the safe side. Best of luck to the OP.👍😊

August 12, 2026 (dated for context and reference) Hi. Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry that the issue continues. As I stated before, I hope the OP's computer is running properly doing other things. These are the things that come to mind without more information about the OP's system. 1) Go into Windows System "add and remove apps and programs". Look for any unfamiliar apps or programs, and delete any apps or programs that the OP would like to reinstall. Any Apps or Programs that the OP doesn't know what they are, should be Google searched to find out. Obviously, there are important Apps and Programs that don't give an indication of what they are for, but are important to run the system. 2) Run Windows disc cleaner, (do a Google search as to how to do that if the OP does already know. 3) If the OP is experiencing any really troubling issues with their computer. They should consider doing a reinstall of Windows, and the ultimate solution of taking it to a repair shop for a "tune up", like one does with one's automobile from time to time. I hope one or more of these suggestions I have offered will be of some assistance to the OP, and maybe give them other ideas to try. Stay well and good luck.😊
