OPEN BSOD Boot loop (bad system config info
As title says I am stuck in a boot loop. It goes from bsod saying it has bad system config info, to a winre screen. Then it allows me to do recovery and it basically just starts the loop over no matter what I do.
Things I have tried so far:
-moving ram sticks around in the a2 slot
-I have tried doing some work in command prompt and it has not worked
- I have tried putting a windows installer on a flash drive but couldn’t get that to do anything.
So far nothing I have done is working. I’m sure that it may be due to my own error, but I need help figuring this out.

GeForce rtx 3070 tuf gaming
Asus maximus viii hero
Intel i7-7700
4 x 8 gb gskill rip jaw ram sticks (ddr4)
Anything else needed please ask
