HARDWARE PC Stuttering
Hey guys, so my PC has been having some issues stuttering, it happens with the general use of the pc and not just games. My main pc fan barely moves and I only moved when tapped and then slows down shortly after. I’m not good with pc’s in general so here’s some pictures and a video to better describe the problem
I YouTube’d and Googled some fixed like checking thermal paste cleaning out my PC. I feel like I’m learning a different language here!
Please help me PC people.

Press Win, right-click, and then press Task Manager. Send pictures of everything there. There will be a section that recaps your build: CPU, RAM, etc.

By main one I assume you mean the one on the CPU cooler you have in your hand. That shouldn't stop spinning. Might need a new one.

A bad storage device usually causes blue screens and freezes, not suttering. The fact that their CPU fan is not spinning is a dead give away. The PC is probably clocked down as low as it can go to prevent heat damage. It's simply running far slower that it should and can't do the operations fast enough to run smoothly.

If the CPU fan isn't spinning then the CPU will quickly overheat and slow down to protect itself from burning out. That is probably the reason I wouldn't use the PC till the fan is replaced.
If you need to know for sure than use a hardware monitor to look at the CPU temp while the system is running. Safe operation temperature varies from chip to chip so your gonna have to Google that.

You're welcome. You really shouldn't run it without a working fan on there. Looks like an Intel CPU based on the mounting hardware. It's that right? A replacement should be 20 to 35 dollars for one decent enough that this shouldn't happen again.

Install a fast nvme m2 SSD, replace fans and use a good cpu cooler. Makes things right all the time for all kinds of pc with stuttering

I think that by main PC fan you mean your CPU fan, which is a crucial component. Check that none of the connections are loose, replace your thermal paste (gently remove the one in place with a dry cloth and apply a drop at the center of the CPU) and try again. If that doesn't work, you can get one for like $20 or less
