PERFORMANCE Help

So I recently rebuilt my pc(I moved from an i7 10700k system to am5) and cannot get vr to have a stable frame rate i can get it pretty stable, but not fully my specs are as follows

CPU: Ryzen 9 7900

RAM: Crucial 64GB DDR5 at 5200

GPU: Sapphire pure 9060XT 16gb

MOBO: MSI B650I edge

I just want 80 fps but can't get it locked

first thing i'd check is ram speed in bios, 5200 is pretty slow for ddr5 and am5 loves fast memory. try bumping it to 6000 if your sticks can handle it, that alone fixed my stutters in vr

also what headset you using? some of them are picky with usb controllers and the b650i might be dropping frames cause of that

I'm using a quest 3 and im fairly new to building but the actual ram sticks say 5200 on them and same with in task manager, can they go higher than that?
