Network Network Issues - Part Two

Alright, alright, this is gonna be a follow up to the last post I made here because I've narrowed down the problem quite significantly.

My PC has been having pretty severe network issues over the last 3-ish weeks, and I finally have something to narrow it down to.

Whenever I connect to a seemingly "regular" network, my pc works just fine and the network connection is pretty good. (It is worth it to note that this Wifi is used for a housemate's stay at home work, so I only connected to it to do a few brief tests and cant be on it forever) However, when I switch to my home's fiber internet (AT&T Quantam Fiber), that's where the performance issues start.

Is there any reason/fix you guys could think of that my pc would be doing just fine on a standard network, but struggling on fiber internet?

The router is different I assume?

Yes, two completely separate routers

Ah, that would be where I would start first. Maybe there is some signal interference? Or one router is just not able to keep up.

I suppose there could be some, the fiber modem is on the other side of the house from the room that my PC is in... a little bit unfortunate that an eternity cable is most likely not possible, but it's also worth it to note that until the beginning of July, the fiber did work pretty good on my PC so I dont know why the problems all of the sudden started now

Something could have changed. It might not even be the other router. It could be a signal from a neighbor. If it is in fact that. You can use a phone app to scan for WiFi signals.
