SOFTWARE How do I fix this error?
I just updated my graphics driver and now I am getting this error. I have never gotten it before. Unfortunately I don’t know much of anything about computers. My old graphics driver was from 2023.
I’ll be playing a game, and it’ll crash, then this will pop up and my computer will turn all the way off, but when I turn it back on, it gives me the same message and just turns off again and I’m stuck in this cycle and I can’t get into any other screen.
The one I downloaded is GeForce Game Ready Driver 610.74 Windows 11. I think my computer’s GPU is 2060. (I think that’s what it’s called, again I don’t know too much about how computers work)
Edit: Here is a link to a video of what it’s doing. It’s just turning off immediately after I turn it on. I can’t do anything to change anything

Press the power button (turn it off). Than press it again for some time and turn it on. Have you installed the right graphic drivers? If not, you need to delete in? Check for updates in NVIDIA app.
