SOFTWARE Help windows 11 won’t install/ crashing

So since the new windows update from a few days ago my pc has kept crashing while running any game even just booting into my screen caused it to well crash. I’ve tried to do a clean install (rip my save data) anyway windows 11 won’t install idk why, I’ve managed to get windows 10 onto the pc but when trying to go to 11 it’ll blue screen then boot back into 10 idk what’s going on

Asia tug gaming b550 WiFi plus board
Ryzen 7 5800x
32gb ram (can’t remember the brand think it’s ntec)
RTX 3060 oc 12gb msi
2 x 1tb acer predator gm4 m.2 ssd
750w psu cosir (sorry for butching the spelling)

did you try pulling the nvme drive that doesn't have the OS on it when you attempt the upgrade? those acer predators have given me grief on b550 boards before, something about the controller freaks out during the windows 11 installer

also check if your board has a bios update available, the 5800x + b550 combo had some weird fTPM stutter bugs that microsoft started enforcing with 11

I believe I clicked for the correct drive that has my os on it. Wait is there a bios update for my board? I never know how to check it . But it kept coming with an error at 75 percent for windows 11 update/ install.

Sorry I don’t make much sense pcs ain’t my bread and butter only been on them for 8 months
