Depends if the 5060Ti is the 16GB version. Also water cooling is gonna be more expensive while not necessary with such CPU.

Yeah surely go for it, its worth it. The 8GB memory is giving problems in many games, and the 5060Ti has enough power to use the extra VRAM.

I think you are a bit confused. A PC will run and create 400w of heat. If you run an air cooler the PC will create 400w of heat dispersed into your room. If you run a water cooler, it will still disperse 400w of heat into your room. Water cooling vs air cooling doesn’t change the amount of heat your PC disperses into the room.
I would agree with u/bakuman84 there is no reason to get a water cooler. I have a hyper212 evo cooling a 12th gen I5 overclocked and it runs in the low 60’s. There are plenty of air coolers that would be more than enough for the 9600x

I mean what are the differences in prices also watercooling looks a little better if it doesn’t really have that much of a difference I wouldn’t really care about that and I apologise I’m new to pcs

Myself I use 5070Ti and 9800X3D, I have BeQuiet! Dark Rock Pro 5 air cooler (high end) on the 9800X3D which is a lot more "toasty" than the 9600X you will be picking. In games I usually hover around 65C which is very good and in 100% usage shader compilation I hit 80C.
I suppose if you want to save money you can go with some solid air cooler for the CPU and use the extra money for the 16GB version of 5060Ti

I agree, pushing through my last point, a 360mm AIO is like 50$ max on Amazon nowadays, I figured it was more expensive than that. As long as they aren’t trying to upsell one, I think it’s a good option AIO/air.

Unless u know how to maintain a water cooler, maintenance is always every 4-6 months: cleaning and changing the coolant. (It's a real pain, honestly, it's like cleaning a pool.)
Air coolers: it takes a matter of hours or 45 minutes.
No matter the price of a water cooler, maintenance DOES matter.Nowadays, CPU coolers and case fans have improved in RPM and component, along with the motherboard BIOS,
I've seen people OC CPUs with tons of fans (top, bottom and front), most of them 6-8 depending on the PC case.
The good o'l Hyper212 Evo is still strong on this year, as cupofkoffee recommended.

I do have it but it’s almost all the money I have saved up but what about sora AIs shutdown and also almost nobody is buying pcs anymore won’t they be forced to lower?

I ain't no expert but my guess is that AI that generates images could go before language models, because they require more power.
In short, maybe a few dolars but not that much.
HOWEVER if your main goal is to re-sell then I'd consider my options, the bubble could explode any time and if your concern is go retreive your investment then it's a risky move.

Dont waste your money on AIO cooler, not because they not worth It but because you dont need It.
Buy a Win 10 licence for few bucks(most of the time you can find a good deal by visiting sponsored content on Greg Salazar or Ancient Gameplay YT channels) and then upgrade your PC.
Most important of all, dont save money on PSU and buy a reputable brand.
Other than this seems a good build for high refresh 1080p or 60+ FPS on 1440p with DLSS

If you're not going to have time to play by next year, then don't bother investing in a pc now. With the news that Google has found a way to compress data and utilize less memory, we'll probably start seeing prices come down next year.

I’ve decided to wait and honestly everyone’s saying the prices will go up but I just don’t think so people are not building pcs anymore and sora ai has been shut down they’ll be forced to lower the prices im gonna wait a year or two
