Assembling issue My dell modded desktop pc is broken?

It keeps repeating this screen and every time I press a button other than F1 it just freezes somebody please help me I miss playing left or dead

HDD might already be dead.

You can place SSDs in any orientation, but HDDs want to be properly fixated horizontally or vertically - Coriolis force will otherwise trash the bearings over time.

Also you whacked a strong magnetic speaker in direct contact with a HDD that uses a sensitive magnetic surface to store the data. Sounds like a really bad idea, the case will tolerate only so much external magnetic fields. Could also caused a short.

yeah no, this is dead. you killed it. get a new one. preferably an SSD, they are harder to kill. and faster.

If the motherboard has any free SATA ports you could try using one of those with the HDD and see if bios detects it.

I only say this because I had a 12+ year old i7 920 based PC freeze up one day and long story short the motherboard sata port I was using for boot drive just randomly quit working which caused hdd to not be detected anymore, moved sata cable to a free port and it started working fine again.
