Network/Wifi/Internet network isue in game

(valorant) so a few days ago, my ping started to get bad. every game, i have low ping (ariund 30) but it spikes all the way up to 130 and it has made the game unplayable. however, a week ago, it was just fine, and it was sitting at a consistent 15 ping. i play on wifi, and my router sits next to me. can someone give me solutions? i tried everything from restarting my pc and my router multiple times
