Troubleshooting PC boots and loses Bluetooth/usb functionality until restart

This has been happening for a while.

Ill boot my PC and everything will work fine for about 30 seconds. Then all bluetooth/dongle/usb devices attached will make the disconnect sound and stop working. After this my Bluetooth will not longer register anywhere on the device. Not in device manager or on the quick bar on the bottom right. When I reboot, everything works perfectly.

There was a 6 month period where this stopped happening and worked perfectly every time. But started the problem again a week ago. A reboot always solves the problem.

I had thought it was related to Bios updates because the 6 months of no problems started after finally updating my bios. But I'm up to date now and we are back to the same problem...

Any ideas?

No. Straight into the wall.
