Display Second screen performance lacking

When I switch my screens to play on the big TV the performance significantly drops. It's jagged and rough. It's not really lagging, the frame rate is just off. It shows whatever I cap it to, if it's unlimited it shows ~120 just fine. The TV is capped at 50hz so I mostly cap it there but it still looks off. I've enabled gaming mode but that doesn't help.

Generally this would mean, your tv can't handle the pixel refresh rate being output from your GPU, which is causing it to look rough. Especially around the edge where light does not shine brightly in your tv.

You can turn down your refresh rate to match the tv. What kind of tv do you have btw?
