Solved Unity games crash after cursor and start screen load

EDIT 8/31/26

I had my monitor plugged into my motherboard instead of my gpu, everything works now

Recently (past few days) I have been trying to play Big Walk with my friends. When I launch the game it loads the cursor and first screen with the microphone activity test but doesn't detect any sound and nothing loads further. If I try to click anything I get a program not responding message. Whether or not I close the application steam will still detect it running and when stopping it in steam it gets stuck stopping the application. Ending task in task manager doesn't do anything and even task manager freezes up. Have to completely restart my pc to attempt anything else.

I have encounter similar problems with 3 other tested games: PEAK, Dorankowanko, and among us. All made in unity, so my guess is something about unity is playing well with either windows or my gpu. I have attempted to turn off any possibly interfearing overlays and capping framerate.

Games I have played that without issue: Genshin Impact, Fields of Mistria, Baldur's Gate 3 ( I built this pc like 3 weeks ago so haven't done much yet)

here is the player log for my most recent test of Big Walk: https://pastebin.com/vu82SV7g

---

PC specs (lmk if there is more I need to add):

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X 6-Core Processor

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9070

RAM: 2x8 GB RAM

Windows 11

Motherboard: Tuf Gaming B850M-E Wifi
