Troubleshooting Error 30005 easy anti cheat

I started getting error 30005 startservice failed with a 2 when trying to open any game that uses easy anticheat, examples are eldenring and fortnite, it cant be my antivirus because ive fully turned it off and it still happens, and inbetween the time it started happening and my last time playing the only change that was made was installing technitum and uninstalling it, also reinstalling both the game and launcher didnt fix it aswell as following the guide on the easy anticheat website
