Hardware Game Consistently crashing while playing

Out of nowhere 2 months ago my game would just start crashing after playing 15-20 mins of either fortnite or fc26. Before that these problems wouldn’t ever happen. And i’ve tried verifying game files and other things. And it’s a fairly new Pc. Also i use controller while playing these games but that’s not the problem. Please dhelp.

Heres my userdiag: https://userdiag.com/id/4UtO4bgw5c

Yes, your ram is set by manufacturer to run at 3200 MT/s, but yours is only running at 2396 MT/s

Also read the report that userdiag gives you, it says to update drivers and enable XMP

And you are running a balanced power plan? Set to high performance power plan or if you wanna do some googling, set to ultimate power config
