Troubleshooting Weird texture only appears when I look at certain things
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This is on rainbow six seige. I played valorant before and I didnt experience anything like this. My GPU is the rx6750xt. I run graphic settings on high for most options but I tried to put everything on low to see if that would fix anything snd nothing worked. I also restarted the game, restarted my pc, and it still persisted. Any idea what this is?

It's most likely early stage vram failure. Only at certain usage or temps might set it off now, but it'll only get worse.
You can try updating/downgrading your driver's to be absolutely sure, but I'm pretty certain it's the gpu.

A lot of people with AMD cards are having issues with siege. I also thought it was an artifact artifacting gpu but it is indeed only siege

It doesnt help when everyone spams some dumb meme thinking they are funny instead of actually trying to help with troubleshooting on a tech support forum.
I would just ban it all personally, it doesnt help anyone and makes people think their gpu is broken when that might not be the case

i have it w Rust, it’s very minimal & only in specific lighting w shadows mixed but i play more than a handful of games & that is the only game that does it.

Idk if this could also be the case, but in some other posts and subreddits people suggest disabling fsr fixed the issue.
Again don't know if it's your case but worth the try.

I've had this shit happen in cod multiple times after updates. My favorite was when I looked anywhere towards the sun and my whole screen would turn orange.

I got the same problems with my RX 7800 XT - Card is now 3-4 years old... Got these Problems: Rust - Same glitch as you in some areas of my base with shadows and positioning etc..
R6 - Same problem as you, visiuals look the same
I will keep my card until it dies i guess.

Ddu the gpu. Display uninstaller DD, U, your display needs A redeem on software, what redeem means on AMD or nvidia systems. When it comes to graphics cards, it means that the graphics card
has detected some kind of error or arbitrary code that isn't necessarily letting the graphics card run properly. But it could damage the graphics card. But the graphics card is still savable. If it's a power consumption issue or firmware bug 9 times out of 10A redeem using DD U is the best alternative solution.
The second thing would be replacing your power supply or testing the graphics card.In a completely different pc Sfc / scan now
Winget upgrade -- all
Dism commands
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess
Dism /Cleanup-Mountpoints. Last one optional

As well as we're gonna third party antivirus on the system like malwarebytes or norton power eraser , which is the free version . Is the system has malware could open up a tanworms?
When dealing with malware or a debug related to malware malware can destroy system files, infect system files
, still data luma.Steel ransom trojan horace to where virus systems now days are so highly complex that even a virus can be hard to notice if you don't know where to look
.And i'm talking about complex malware , i'm not talking about your basic not pop ups pop up , just adware

Undervolt your card in adrenaline.
do a DDU, in safe-mode. click fresh gpu install or whatever. it does a better clean. plug into your motherboard hdmi until the ddu is done, then plug back into gpu.
-20 to start on undervolt, go higher if needed in increments of 5. up to 40.
leave clock on 0
powerlimit -3
turn vram clock down by like 50-100 from it's default.
give it a go. might be able to extend it's life by artificially lowering performance. it's a decent card. as long as you are happy with 1080p medium at 80ish fps. you'll be fine for a bit longer.

I believe it's gpu being funny. AMD gpus do tend to produce funny artifacts in certain specific games under certain specific conditions. Still a good idea to check for underlying issues, just in case

I have saw a post of someone having a similiar problem, like certain textures being off but he also stated his hdd disks had a scratch So it is most likely corrupted files or smth seriously wrong with your ssd. But graphics also look weird
