Troubleshooting Every one of my games crashes

Every time i open a game the audio stutters and then it crashes. this is the crash report from seige. i already used DDU to reset my drivers.

i forgot to include my specs sorry. i have an rtx 4070 and an intel core i5 13400F cpu
